Sold 64 silver quarters.. He gave me $360.00... what you all think, did he take me..?

I figger at $37.35 I did ok.. thinking about selling more at these prices....

I don't know if that is a great price to others......but in my book turning $16.00 into $360.00 is an awesome deal dude... 8) thumbsup01 thumbsup01 :grin: :grin: :grin:

You both did good , you made a profit and he's investing . If you have any debts ( like a car or home) and put your profits into extra payments to reduce your principal you can knock out a substantial amount of the interest payment ( as long as there is not a pre-payment penalty ) .Or you can invest in items you may need during some kind of calamity that even silver will not be able to buy . Just a thought .

Yes, I think you did just fine on the sale. You pulled just under 23x and that is a fair price for you both.
Without getting into the whole fiat currency thing... Sheik made some very good points.
Unless you need to sell more, I'd hold on to the silver. :yes:

I just can't seem to part with my found silver and gold items...unless i really needed the money.But that's what i got a job for :ticked: :mad: :bangahead01: I think you got a fair deal.

I just sold 5 quarters on E-bay for $30.50. If your getting $6.00 or so you're doing good. The melt value has been between $6.00 and $6.75 lately.
