First off let me say that pictures will be posted tonight. The coins are soaking now.
Robw had a dinner date so I went to a house that I had detected twice last year with my prizm 4. The owner remembered me and said go ahead. My first signal was a little iffy but I dug it anyway. 3 v nickels in one hole, a 1888, 1891, 1900. I knew they were nickels but did'nt what type. The owner came over and I asked how good were his eyes(this is where rob usually comes in). He said that there is a v on one of them. Thank you very much, now I'm hoping that the other two are v's also. Next target 2 wheats, same hole. I ended the hunt with the 3 v's, 4 wheats and a merc, 1944.
When I got home I called Rob, only because he said that he had to live vicariosly thru me , the nickels were dirty so I could only find two dates, had to call him back when I found the 3rd date.

The wheats were 24, 36, 39, 44
Thanks for reading

Think of it as being in a crowded room where you have three or four individuals calling at you. It's hard to make out what they are saying until you start listening to just one. lol

The V Nickels in one hole, that's fantastic! I bet that was a weird signal. Those had to be really fun to dig up! Congrats on the great finds!
