Rained all day here in CT, stopped raining for a half hour so went in the yard with my new Etrac.

Found a button that has a coat of arms with the words Ludovicus Rex Plures Non Capit Orbis around the outer edge. 2 holes in the middle where it was sown.

No picture yet. Only thing I have found is that it is King Ludvig of Bavaria.

Anybody out there know how old it is? Is it military?

Hey Bill , its really hard to speculate on the button without a front picture and most important a good closeup of the back with backmark if it has one .

not old at all, he was here delivering creme to dunkin donuts, nice find

ive got a mdeal of some sort with the words ludovicus rex plures non capt orbis i will try putting a picture up it looks reall old just wondered if it was worth anything seems be off a military garment but totally unsure
