You can't tell too much of your stories...........save most of that for your upcoming book......... thumbsup01 thumbsup01

I personally would like to hear about how you started up your detector company. 8)

Thanks gang for the warm welcome. My new book is finished but I'm undecided whether to publish it on paper OR online.. My daughter is making me a website as a college project and should be ready this summer. As for this wheelchair, I'm afraid it will be here a long time, this stroke has taken it's toll. Thanks again.

Hi Richard, glad to have you here with us on American Detectorist. :clapping:
Sounds like you have lots of great stories to share. :->
I got into this hobby/addiction lol a few years ago and love to hear stories of the 'Golden Days'.
Even if a person was detecting in the 80's... lots of keepers.
Looking forward to your posts.

Welcome Richard!! I would love to see some pictures and hear the stories of your cache hunts. I would also like to hear the story of your detectors. I've been detecting since 1976 when my Grandma got me my first detector for my 13th birthday. A lot has change since then with equipment and having the Internet to help with questions, but the excitement and thrill or the hunt still feels the same today.

Well, Richard as you can see by the few responses that you received, no one is bored to death. We all love the hunt, and if we can't hunt the second thing we love is to hear about someone else hunting. Thanks for joining and I'm sure that you will never bore us. Phil :teasing:
