I spent my lunch hour on Tues and Wed at my favorite spot near my office and managed to pull a few older coins. I dug a bunch of trash and continue to clean out the iron, but here are the better finds; three wheat cents, 1919, 1939, 1944D and a pocket watch that came apart when I threw it in the tumbler.

Everything points to some silver there. He lost his watch but he couldn't loose a dime or quarter with it? lol Nice that you are spending quality time doing some detecting, instead of staring at a coffee machine at work lol

Yeah, those are pointers alright. lol There may be some shiny stuff there. :thinkingabout: If so, it is just a matter of time before your machine screams over one. :happydance01:

Everything points to some silver there. He lost his watch but he couldn't loose a dime or quarter with it? I have hit this site for over two years and it has given me almost 20 silvers, I seldom find coins any more. Two of these wheats were in holes with nails. Sure would like to take one of you E-Trac folks there to see how well it would work in this heavily iron infested trashy site. I have dug more coins and nails out of the same holes at this site, I just dig everything that beeps. Thanks!

Nice hunt Darren. You always seem to manage some good ones at lunch.
The pocket watch is a nice find. I usually only find bits and pieces of them.
Congrats.
