I, myself, have been into construction (new home building), but with this new world, everything's collapsing, big-time. We're (the boss & I) forced to do whatever we can, which generally is magnetized towards refurbishing/re-construction, decks, roofing... and actually everything from excavating to chimney setting/pointing.
Here's a proud project we did a few years back. It was built to store 4 classic cars (with all the odometers under 100 actual miles)... including Tommy Ivo's original dragster:

Wow! That really is a great job Joe. It should handily house those cars. :) Really nice.

Hi! Joe, that looks exactly like a garage on Rocky Rd in Northport did you build that one?

Nope... never been to Northport, Charlie.

That is a very nice garage. Wish I could afford that many cards to need one.

Myself, I have 3 jobs. I am a full time fire fighter, a process server, and I'm in the Army reserves. Between those, and my family, it's a wonder I have any time left for coil swinging.

My wife and I live in the mountains of California...between San Jose & Santa Cruz. We have a second home in Florida.

I'm a retired electrical engineer (two years)...you can't spell geek without double-e.

Survival: I've been an avid windsurfer for many years...chasing high winds all over the place. I ride mountain bikes and (obviously) metal detect.
