The season that keeps giving... silver and an IH

It is just unbelievable the ground is still soft here in Iowa on December 23. :clapping:

Hit the stores early today with a list to complete early enough to allow a little detecting time this afternoon.

Hurried home to drop off the day's purchases, change clothes, grab my gear and meet up with Ron at a park.

It was a cold hunt, but definitely worth the effort. We both walked away with a Merc. :happydance01:

Best part... we have some low 40 degree weather coming early next week. :->

Way to go Joe :happydance01: That IH is a beauty too!

I will be in central Iowa for the next couple of days, and am looking forward to some detecting too. Don't put that detector away... I remember several years when I was able to detect in Iowa during January and February.

Your like the Energizer bunny! lol
Your silver count just keeps going,..... and going,.... and going,..... and....
Well you got 7 days to hit 200! :shocked04:  thumbsup01
Come on Joe!! You can do it!! <:
Congrats on some ...very late December, silver!!

Wow, that's terrific, Joe! Very nice Merc and Indian Head! And you were worried that you wouldn't get your 100th Indian Head, you blew right past that milestone!

And the best part is, it sounds like you might still get some additional hunts in yet this year! :happydance01:

Bonus! thumbsup01

Nice find Joe! I am hoping to get out next week as well with some vacation time coming up next week. Congrats on some more good finds!

Nice hunting Joe. I see that everybody is putting the pressure on you for that 200 mark. Weather in the 40's, why not. Congrats on your silver and the IH looks good.
