Most people aren't up yet from their New Year's merriment :beerbuddy: but I've already finished my first hunt of the year. I was feeling better than yesterday  and rearing to go. Merc had been on a three day MD bender when I texted him at 5am.....on New Year's morning! Is that sick?? He initially said no but on second thought came along.....haha is that sicker??
I found the '09 wheat, buttons, shoe buckle, and three things I can't ID....
1) I found over two feet of that decorative strap.....it seems as though its part of a horse harness....or a large dog collar
2) That triangular piece of iron wouldn't normally get my curiosity up but its the second one I've found this year at different locations.
3) Flowery thingy....ummm no guess

Thank you for looking and have a great 2012.

Yep Dan, each brass piece has two tabs that can be seen on the underside of the leather strap.
I heard you had a nice day yesterday, Congrats. |:cheering:
