I sent an email to Minelab customer support about an issue I am having. I had a response from them within 5 minutes!

Granted I did not like the response, which was that I needed to send my detector in for services :crying02:

But I was impressed by the quick response thumbsup01

thumbsup01 Good to here I have not needed service from them yet but was worried it might be lacking compaired to the others |:cheering:

Good news, thumbsup01... bad news :thumbsdown:.... kinda thing huh? :huh: :-\ :dontknow:
I've been there. I know how you feel. I had to take mine in for a new board last winter \:[
I was just glad I didn't have to stick it in a box and put into the hands of some delivery service \:hammer:
Their new service center is in one of the Chicago subs, Downers Grove. So I just drove it into them. It's only about a hour and 20 minutes from me.
Hope everything comes out alright. :yes:
