A short hunt today with Charlives produced this nice CT Button, and crotal bell. This is my second crotal bell, there are no markings on the bell but it's a small one. This is my first CT civil war button, looks to be in nice shape. I didn't do to much research on it so any info will help. Thanks for looking HH

very nice Connecticut button Brandon |) |) and you definately added to your crotal bell count :clapping: :clapping:. some diluted CLR in water will make that button's gilt pop . heres the link that shows the different pictures of it before and after the cleanings .

It looks like that button is hiding a ton of Gilt. Like Del mentioned...CLR REALLY WORKS WONDERS. Or lemon juice.

How'd that button come out? That was a sweet, deep signal. I <: when I hear those.

I'm still working on it Drew. Last night I tried some soap and water and a toothbrush and starting to see a little gilt. I'll keep at it.
