This afternoon I made it out for some much needed hunting. I decided to try and locate an old sledding hill that Angie (Epi-Hunter) had suggested I check out. Unfortunately almost the entire area was frozen solid. Found just a little bit of thawed ground away from the sledding hill and worked up a '41 Wheat Cent along with the 1922 Iowa Wholesale Assn. Pin.

Decided to look for softer ground at a near by park and was happy to finally find a nice big section of soft dirt. :smitten:
Six more Wheats and a very deep Barber worked their way under my coil. :happydance01:

Joe, nice hunting. Love the Barber dime. That is the one coin, amongst many others that eluded me last year. Congrats on the finds

Hi Joe... I love that pin!!!

I am sorry most of the sledding hill area was frozen. crying01 But glad you came out with some beautiful silver and wheats at a nearby site anyway. Congratulations!
