Does anyone bother to insure their MD gear?

After my experience the other day with trashing a perfectly good detector, I started thinking that if that had been an etrac..... ouch!

Good question. I personally have never bought such insurance, but I'm too wondering if others have. :thinkingabout:

Insure it how? Homeowners' policy covers against theft, but nothing covers acts of neglect or willfull damage.

nope if i run over it,car insurance will cover it, if its in house and gets stolen ect house insurance will cover it, dont know how else you could insure it ?
