Is the rotating banner new? I love it. Along with the new emoticons. This is the best forum out there hands down. Thanks owners, co-owners, administers, mods. and all the members, for making this forum feel like home. HH

Yes it is! |:cheering: We have so many great finds it's been difficult to vote on which ones to display on the banner. I'll let Angie and Angel give you the details on the new system.
