Jesse picked me up at 6 am headed up to some sites in his neck of the woods first few sites didn't pan out and we headed to one last site.ever see radioactive green algae in a pond? :shocked04: maybe theres a cache of coppers submerged in that pond? i left my camera in the jeep cuz my clothes were so wet the camera was getting wet.figures that's where we did the best.i took pics as soon as we got back to jeep at the end of the day.
Jesse got the find of the day.i'm sure he'll be posting soon.
i managed a 1787 New Jersey copper.(my first ever NJ)
a smaller holed copper thats wiped out. crying01
a neat little bell,a flat button with string still in shank.

Dave I do believe that both of them coins count, the smaller one could be a farthing. The Conestoga bell is from the mid 1800's and was usually used on wagons. The buckle is from the same time period and is part of horse tack.Well Worth the soaking for sure.
