Found this Axe a few weeks back, it only measures about 2 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches wide at the head. No markings, it's made out of pewter.Any input as to what any of you experts might think it was would be appreciated. Was found near a colonial cellar hole.Attachment 43339Attachment 43340
Interesting find. Reminds me of those Carrie Nation axes which symbolized the Temperance Movement.
