Slow Month
Here's a nice post to contrast a little with the obscene treasure you all seem to be digging... May was pretty busy so I only got out a few times. Most of those were with my dad during his visit over Memorial Day weekend. I got a few silvers during our hunts together but he got the real keeper ( http://www.americandetectorist.com/f...ging-continued ). The meager finds don't reflect how much fun the hunts were though.
I did get out on my own yesterday but other than a 1903 Indian head cent that turned up IN A TOT LOT, I didn't get anything worth mentioning. The Indian head is nice a shiny... certainly my oldest tot lot coin so far.
Happy hunting...

Looks like a month of fun to me! Love the bat buckle!

Are those dirty trade token in the bottom right picture? I like term obscene treasure, but it looks like you found some keepers.

Great bunch of finds ya got there :thumbsup02:

Wow! I think only you could find an Indian head in a tot lot. I swear you could pull a keeper out of a cow pie.
Nice hunting!

Nice group of finds! I really like the key. What an odd shape it has. Best wishes and HH, Dave.
