I am using a 7 tablet since I don't own a PC or laptop. I am trying to edit my signature and when I click account settings under profile it acts like it wasn't clicked just highlighted. Is there an app for this site?

Go to Profile and you can change the Account settings and the Forum profile.

No, there is not a mobile version at this time.
I just tested this on both my iPad and iPhone and it seems to work fine. I'm sorry you are having problems. If you want to send me a PM and let me know what changes you want in your signature, I'll adjust for you.

OK. Thank you. Looks like I can do it now. I just had to change what browser I used. Chrome wouldn't allow me too do things.
