I just wish the weather were a bit more agreeable! There are patches of grass peeking out, so at least I'll be able to try it out. I'm getting a package deal that includes a 4 inch coil (in addition to the stock 8 inch coil), a pinpointer, and headphones. The shop owner is also throwing in a coil cover and control housing cover.
i just got an f 4 and still cant get out to try it properly.....ahhhggggg !!!.
good luck with your f2 , i used one on loan last year and found a lot of silver in a very short time , hope you have the same luck.
and by the way , gold rings i found out show up as a nickle on the f2 so dig em mate !!!.
