I totally agree not all iron is bad. You can dig up some real history
I dig up my fair share of iron. If you get some recognizable items, it also kind of helps date the site. thumbsup01
I have to agree with you on that one but I don't dig a lot of it, I will at a spot that's got the old stuff and a lot in the woods. Them are some nice old relics ya got there Evan thumbsup01
nice bunch of finds wtg :clapping: :clapping:
Cool! That stirrup gets my attention - would be delighted to dig such things!
Nice finds Evan :happydance01: thumbsup01 Whats the VDI of them nice relics ?? ;) :thinkingabout:
I keep a good quantity of iron objects too. I have a nice big fireplace ash rake and the front door lock to an old home, along with many strap hinges. I love the better iron objects. It's them bent, wrought iron, nails I can't stand lol Good thing my machine gets rid of most nails but still breaks through on the better iron. :happydance01:
yes iron items like that would be a welcome sight in my eyes :peace: , congrats Evan
Depends on where you are hunting if it pays off to dig those iron signals. :dontknow:
Those are some nice relics Evan, does help to date the site.
Nice post Evan, I totally agree!!!

cool stuff evan!! willy
Great relics, Evan!
WTG. Evan. You just had to show off didnt you. Now they wont look at my old bullets no more. Now I am going to have come east and throw a bunch of pennys all over your hunting site, the new pennys. Ha. By the way that bullet worm would go with my bullet I found last year at Trenton.
