I found this today and was wondering if anyone recognizes what it is. It has a piece in the middle that looks as if it held something. I am only posting this because my hunting buddy found 3 civil...

I'm pretty sure it say's 956 anyway. There is another stamp which looks like another 3 digit number but I can't make it out. 1.61 in cladiola and a bunch of the usual........junk. HH382743827538276
