Just a passing thought. Hooked device looks like a boat cloak clasp from the British Scots Guards Regiment. The thistle in the clasp is what keyed my observation. Don't know where you detect, but...

Not sure I understand the arrowhead idea. It definitely looks native American/camp themed though. Looks like a Cross Pattee or Maltese type cross. Thanks everyone. :thumbsup02:
