How do I set up to get the 3 freq pinpoint with the single freq mode? Thanks for any assistance with this.

Just set my vdi #8 to 250. Will be listening for a single tone at #8

Ground around here runs -91-94 with mineralization strength under 5% on all 3 freqs.

I also dig nickel signals. Have not found a ring yet but have found over 600 nickels so far since late last spring. I use a v3i and have set the tones (17-20) at 250 and the tones (21-24) to 248...

I currently use the periscope pinpointer. I purchased it in 2000 when I owned the white's XLT. I wonder if anyone has bought or plans on buying the patent on it. It was made by Ott Technologies...

I have had a probe for at least 11 years now. It is the periscope from OTT technologies which unfortuneately went out of business a few years ago.
