I like those silver rings and that 1892 indian is pretty! You guys did well!
Lots of great finds. And of course you guys found a silver half! Your "slumps" are often better than my hot streaks!
Thanks I needed that laugh!
Cool find Dave!
That is a lot of Indians. Nice old token too!
They are pretty good looking considering paper thin and only 28% silver. Great way to end the day!
I agree that for some detectors big silver can ring up a bit wonky. Almost like a can. I bet though that there were other things in the ground nearby that could have influenced the Etrac. Well...
Wow! A dud of a week just turned into a stud of a week!
Congrats on the trifecta! The 1868 Indians have a weak "N" in ONE on the back. I have a few of them and each has a weak "n". I wonder if the 1872 Indian normally has a weak 2 or if yours is rare?
Interesting strike on that coin. A very pretty coin!
Yeah that's a unique little coin there! I like it!
Congrats on the 1800's silver. Hope you find lots more this year.
A 4 silver day is great...especially in February! Well done as usual.
Well done! IHPs are always a welcome sight!
Welcome! I do not think we have anyone posting finds from your area...you should post some of your best finds to tease those of us who are still snow bound.
I have never noticed a balance issue with the Nox. But I came from the Etrac which is 3 times heavier so maybe that is why I don't notice it.
that counter weight is a good solution.
SE Michigan has about 8 inches of snow still on the ground but it was in the 40s yesterday which melted some of it. Temps for the next 10 days are supposed to be above freezing so I'm hopeful I will...
Great examples! Glad you are able to get out this time of year.
Fishy's are hard to find...especially way down where you are! Very cool!
Wow! Never seen anything like it!
The last few weeks have been warm enough to allow me to do some detecting here in Michigan. The spill came last week when I visited an old fairgrounds and came across a nickel signal that also...
Awesome buttons! Glad you got that eagle on canon that you have been wanting for so long.
I've never heard anyone say the feud could not go deep. When I was swinging it depth was never an...
Wow! Very cool!
Although Don could have "fixed" it, it may have gone bad. Mine did and I sent it into Minelab and they replaced it for free and sent it back to me right away. I am sure I was still under warranty.
That is a beauty of a Shield! I like those kind of sites because you know that there is stuff there and when you find something, like you did, it is just that much more satisfying. Well done!
