    Baptizing hole finds

Normal junk, but a badge and what looks like a pewter high school ring with a red stone came from a baptizing hole in use for 100+ years.

    Re: Baptizing hole finds

i found a very similar ring last year but it had a blue stone instead , its either made from a white cast metal (pot-metal or similar) , i think mine also had an eagle on it too. i'll see if i can dig up a picture or two . congrats on the older type finds looks like that place could produce a few more nice finds Mark.

Interesting finds, do you think that the badge is real or a kiddies one?

We had a detective agency in our area in the 1920's. Doesn't look kiddy.
