    American Detectorist 3rd Anniversary Contest

Here you see three photos of a jar of some wheat cents found by Angel (angellionel).

Guess the number of wheat cents in the jar. He has even helpfully provided a ruler, so do your math! lol

The person who guesses closest without going over will win first place. Four winners overall will receive prizes (those who come 2nd, 3rd, and 4th closest). One guess per individual.

All members (including staff) are eligible, as long as they have a total of 30 posts by end of contest. The contest will end at 10pm eastern time on Wednesday, November 14th.

*** Prizes to be announced shortly ***

Re: American Detectorist 3rd Anniversary Contest

The prizes are listed below (assuming we get more participation than so far...)

    First prize: American Detectorist hoodie

High-quality hoodie with embroidered AD logo. Available in S, M, L, and XL and colors charcoal (pictured), black, cocoa, red, navy blue, army green, and royal blue.

    Second and Third Prizes:

Choice of American Detectorist nice quality, pre-shrunk white T-shirt with printed logo, short or long-sleeved (various sizes), OR an American Detectorist cap with embroidered logo (also available in printed logo if preferred).

    Fourth Prize:

Choice of American Detectorist transparent car/window decal (4.8 by 4.8) or bumper sticker

Note that most of these items, as well as many other items (including pre-order of the 2013 American Detectorist calendar) are available for purchase in the American Detectorist store. A link to the store will be posted shortly and will also be provided in the American Detectorist newsletter which will be sent out later this evening.
