Got out with you know who again on Sunday. Seemed like we walked more than we actually hunted
The holes were pounded pretty good but I was still able to find my first copper pocket spill that included two coins, Coppers #29 and #30 for the 2013. The area was extremely saturated and it seems like the coppers had been resting in this swampy ground for a very long time. Both are complete toast and unidentified. >:/ >:/
The highlight of my day was waiting for Dave for about 30 mins. We were searching for one site in the woods and after I made it back to the dirt road, I realized Dave was no longer behind. 15 mins later my phone rings and a frantic voice is asking me where I am. I kept yelling and whistling into the woods so that Dave could follow my voice back to the road. I was almost ready to start a fire and send up smoke signals for him to follow rofl rofl.
