    Greetings from northern Minnesota ..

Hey guys and gals .. my name is Dave and I am a detecting addict ..

I have been back in the hobby for about 4 years .. I got my first detector from Radio Shack when I was 10 or 11. Nowadays I use a Minelab Explorer mostly but also have a Garrett AT Pro for waterhunting and for friends who want to tag along. And I also have a vintage White's detector from the late 70's but I don't think that our tiny town of 600 has that many AA batteries in stock. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is digging up ... hopefully the weather cools down soon so I can get out more.

    Yours in LIBERTY

It's 9:40 somewhere. Are those hands the rust residue? That's neat. thumbsup01

Hey, welcome aboard. Nice display. thumbsup01 I remember them 14 AA battery days lol Have a look around and tell us what you think. The explorer is a great machine. Looks like you have a good set up for both land and sea.

Hi Dave and welcome from Southern Miss., Great picture, and some wonderful finds in it. A bit of advise, heat is all in how you perceive it. If I traveled up there to hunt, I'm pretty sure that I would need a sweater. lol
