    1877CC Seated Dime today

    I made it out for a short hunt today where I have found five IH's the past two days on a street project where they have one city block all torn up in an old part of the city. Today an old silver coin finally revealed itself, my first Carson City coin!

    on your 1st CC coin. Of all the coins I've dug I have only managed to dig one CC....also a dime.

    .Awesome.....that's one of the things US New Englanders are jealous of about you Westerners....A Lot fewer S mintmarks and even fewer chances of a CC...Congrats thumbsup01

    Glad some old silver showed up, and a CC at that. Not to many of them make it up my way. Always liked the CC and the O mintmarks.

    Congrats on your first cc piece,may you find many more! I'd haunt this project to see what else turns up because when it's buttoned up they will be gone forever. HH....
