My first 4 Hours ever detecting

I am very happy with my Ace 250, the spoils from my picture are honestly my first time hunting. I found 11 modern pennies, 30-06 live shell, cigarette lighter, belt buckle, house key, unidentified caliber bullet and a bunch of trash (not pictured). All of this was found in my yard anywhere from 2-8 inches deep. The bullet in the picture under the 30-06 round i am unsure how old it is, or what it exaclty is.

Hey, welcome aboard and congrats on doing what you should be doing. Using the machine and digging lots of targets will educate you better than just reading material alone I think you did well for a first hunt. I always try and guess the target before I dig it.

I've never used one but I believe that the 250 is the best startup detector on the market. Nice job good luck on future hunts

First off ... Welcome to the forum from the cornfields of Illinois!

    Congrats on your finds!

I'm not a real bullet expert or anything ... but The white, lead, bullet looks like it might have some age to it.
Kinda like a 2 ringer. Maybe someone with more knowledge about the old bullets will be able to chime in... :->

Very nice that you started in your own yard. You did well for your 1st hunt. The longer you use the machine the better you will become. Keep at it, not that you have a choice seeing that you seem to be addicted already.... rofl
