    NRA/ILA thing-a-ma-jiggy

I found this in one of our oldest city parks (est 1902). It was about 4 inches deep (thought it was dollar -that's the size crying01 ) and is made of black glass material, not plastic, and is quite heavy. It looks like maybe a pin with the back inside part missing...

I'm curious how old it is and what use- Googled it & can't find anything similiar. Any ideas?

I think it's a pin too. The NRA has a division that is the ILA (Institute for Legislative Action). So it sound like an older pin would fit! Nice find. I don't know how old the National Rifle Association is, but I bet it goes back a bit. Nice find
