2nd hunt of the year

So I was unsure if I should make one or two posts. So I went with one. Like the rest of us in the north were going crazy with the never ending winter. So today I headed out to a very small bay beach and was rewarded with a 14k gold ring. Boy was I excited. After 1 and a half hours I had covered the small area. So I headed to a meetinghouse a few miles away. I was rewarded with my first ever flying eagle cent .I need to clean it up to get a date. also picked up a button and a wheatie. I was there about an hour when I got a call there’s a tornado warning and the pouring rain came in. Not to bad for a few hours I’m ecstatic.

Now I'm jealous :envious:  Gold during the dead of the winter :clapping: Great job on finding some gold. That band is real thin, surprised it didn't split in the sand. And you get a Flying Eagle too?:shocked04: Go Josh!:thumbsup01:

Thanks George I think the band survived bc it was an bayside beach. Although the wind was a killer it was still 60 degrees i don't know how that happened lol
