    Beautiful piece. Cleaned up real nice too. That is going to be a hard one to beat next time....unless you find a second one

    I'd give up my.... I don't know what I'd give up to find one. But know I sure would like to find one!
    Great find and like the others have said, it'd make a great center piece for your display.

    Kevin , I really had to comment on this piece again especially after seeing it in person last night at the Y.T.C. meeting. It was truly a beautiful relic and you did a superb job on cleaning and preserving it .

    Thanks Dan, I appreciate the kind words. I enjoyed checking out your recent finds. Especially the 1st Regimental Light Artillery button. Congrats on your YTC find of the month award for that one. Hope to be able to get out on a hunt together sometime so you can show me how it's done.

    Here's a pic of the finished product in it's Ryker case. I like how it came out.
