    Any ideas?

I found this thing earlier this summer. I think it's a cast pot metal of some sort.

I was thinking a bicycle fender ornament.

    Here's the other side...

I've looked at hundreds of fender ornaments !! Looked until my eyes bugged out like ...
I don't know what else it could be. Anybody have any ideas?

    Thanks for lookin'

That's a really good idea. I was thinking fender ornament from a 1950's Schwinn bicycle but I like your idea even better.

The bike fender ornament crossed my mind also but the curvature was a bit too abrupt . That was a great idea Timmy had of using the dollar bill for size reference .

Tim it looks like a hood ornament to a kiddy car on a carnival ride , some larger parks will hold these carnivals .

I could be. Not really sure which model it came from. But I'm pretty sure it's a pedal car hood ornament.
