    28 silver weekend

    Hi guys,
    I had a grate time at this years C.K.R.R.T. ( Central Kentucky research and recovery team) fall hunt... I did vary well this year with 27 Silver coins and sterling silver ring...i'd like to thank all the guys at the hunt... That all are a grate bunch of guys! The hunting was awesome the food was fantastic... Thanks C.K.R.R.T. For putting on such good hunt for its members!



    I walked away with
    8 quarters 1946,1946,1964,1964,1964,1939,1945,1934
    10 Mercury dimes 1920,1940,1941,1942,1942,1943,1943,1944,1944,1945
    8 Roosevelt dimes 1946,1946,1948,1952,1954,1955,1957,1962
    1 Half dollar 1943
    1 sterling silver Boy Scout ring.

    No I have been going to there hunts for a few years now..there are good bunch of hunters...

    thats a heck of a silver haul Don , was this a natural hunt or seeded??

    Must have been a virgin site! Wow, look at all that silver!

    Did the other detectorists find silver like that too?

    A few had 20 plus...
    But not every one did.. Some got there first sliver coin at the hunt.
    All different kinds of skill levels at the hunt..

    Fire Fighter 43... You know me.. I love hunting them old camps for that vary reason the crazy amount of silver thay hide..
    Beartoe... I would love to get up your way to look for some really old silver and coppers.
