Yesterday and Today's short hunts.

Got in about an hour yesterday and an hour today to hit a yard on private property which I had basically hit to death with my Ace 350. This time I took the AT pro and basically dug every non-ferrous signal. Came away with 3 Wheaties, a non date buffalo, and a 1934 Canadian penny. Never found a Canadian penny with the older design before. I like the patina on that coin. Still might be a few more things in the yard so if I find anything else there I'll let you all know. Well looks like the AT Pro lived up to its reputation. I have seen so many nice finds posted by members who use the AT Pro. No site is ever hunted out, especially when you can attack it with a different machine.

:congrats:on your keepers

Here in Central NY we get a lot of Canadian coins. The older coins are not as prevelent , so when I find an older Canadian coin it is really welcome.

Sure wish I could find a Buffalo nickle. I have not put my coil over one yet.

update: yesterday's hunt

Not really worthy of making another thread but I found a 1943 p war nickel from the same yard. Rang up 48-52 about 6 inches deep. Not the prettiest tone. Only my second ever war nickel and 3rd silver out of that yard. The At pro rocks

Great finds! I really love the design of those older Canadian cents. We don't find them too often here in Illinois.

Good job on the wheats, buffalo and war nickel too! :clapping:

:congrats:
