    Hunting In The Snow

Do you hunt in the snow? The folk who live in the Buffalo NY area might have to put off hunting for a while. They are having a difficult time just finding their home.

Only when I drop my keys in the snow walking to the truck! So glad I don't live there at this particular time.

That is an awesome pic. I thank the Lord every winter that I live in the South. (In the summer I rethink that).

Not sure how many opportunities I'll get to go out this winter, but it's kind of funny how much gear I can re-purpose for dirt fishing versus ice fishing.

My Ice Armor suit (rather not use the bibs if I'm on dirt though). Frabill Outpost popup shack (20lbs), Mr. Heater Buddy, and JetSled for towing the gear if there's snow. Otherwise it can be packed in.

I pity the people that have to deal with that storm, unreal. We've gotten snow but nowhere near that amount, we've gotten a little lake effect snow too, that's probably what they got there but in way excess.

Me too. It's paid off on occasion.

I hunt in the snow if there is not too much snow. If there is a lot of snow I'll hit the local beaches cause the wind and tide blows the snow away.
