    New guy from ohio

    Hello everyone
I am new to posting on threads and detecting, so you will have to bear with me here.
Seems like this will be the best place to learn my new hobby.

    Thanks for the welcome,
I bought an At Pro this past March. So far I have found 152.00 in clad.
I have a lot of farm fields around and have just started looking for old homesites.
Found one 1853 large cent and some sort of medallion that I may need help identifying.
