    San Jose, California

Hello folks! So I just got my first metal detector today for Christmas (ACE 250 adventure pack) and I'm looking for advice for some good spots to hunt. Looking to hunt for some antiques/old items... Gold would be nice too haha.... Any tips would help !

    Happy Hunting

Welcome from western MA. We have quite a few members using the Ace 250 and they make some good finds. As far as where to go detecting, your going to have to do some research....library, historical society, google earth, and so forth. Getting permission to do private property (homes) usually pays out well also.
