    Deus second hunt

Slept in a bit this morning but decided the cold air and some time out in the woods with the Deus would do me good. I headed back to the same hammered cellar hole for my second outing with the Deus. I will say that so far it has shown to be deadly on buttons and ox shoes

All the buttons were next to nails. The Deus really is a cool machine. One feature I toyed with this morning is changing programs on the fly with just pressing one button. Very helpful when you are over a questionable target. It's definitely a tone machine. Once I learn the nuances of those buzzy signals, I'll venture into the patches near the cellar hole that are blanketed with old nails. My head just wasn't up to it today

The Deus pinpoints fine but I miss my Sun Ray probe .

Another nice outing with your new toy. You're gonna be deadly once you really get to know that machine.

Thanks for sharing, and looks like you're quickly learning the nuances of your new machine. I believe I read something at some point that you really need to use a new detector several hundred hours before you're an expert on its operation.

I'm enjoying your updates on the Deus. Too bad it's so pricy. I'd love to try one in some sites down here.

I always wished they made a sunray for my machine. Sounds like such a useful tool. The buttons are a good indicator that you'll love that machine!
