    hello from college station TX

    Hi. I have been detecting for about 10 months have gone from harbor freight to AT Pro and now onto XP Deus. Live in College Station TX as of August don't know anyone looking to meet folks and find some places to hunt besides parks.

    We're glad you joined us here, soilman! A buddy of mine is a math professor at Texas A&M. He's not a detectorist though, he collects comic books. (My other hobby.)

    It sounds like you went through a fast upgrading curve with your detectors. How do you like the XP Deus so far?

    Hey if he likes some comics I have a bunch for sale. To help fund my 2nd hobby 501st. Storm trooper legion Darth Vader Build.

    My XP is taking some getting used to. After really knowing my AT Pro all I dig with my XP is Trash right now.

    Welcome from western MA. I have to agree with Tony, that's some quick upgrading. Try checking out sscindercoop youtube channel, I believe that he uses a Deus also. Looking forward to your future participation here.

    Welcome from NE Texas !! Hope you grow into the Deus. I gave it 3 shots before I finally decided it wasnt for me. Its a great machine but I just never gelled with it.
