I found this last year at one of my most productive colonial cellar holes. What is it? I've seen it posted before on here but I have no clue what it is or what its purpose was for.

Thanks for the Id Drew! Don't know what it was doing out in the middle of what once was a colonial FarmField (cellar was a short walk away) but I'll take it nevertheless. Thanks!
