    Silver Ring, Wheat and clad

Had a nice little hunt today with the MXT after the snow somewhat melted off. I hunted the local Middle School and hit the high areas that weren't completely flooded from the rain and melting snow. My very first signal when I started the hunt was a really nice 86 jumping to 88 signal. I dug down a few inches and out popped a nice little .925 ring. That was the only quarter signal I got all day but did manage 4 dimes, 5 nickels, and 11 pennys with one of them being a 1940 wheat. It was a fun little afternoon hunt but extremely messy. Just got my equipment all cleaned up.

That was a nice little hunt, congrats on the silver ring!

At least the wet ground should result in nice conductivity and strong signals for targets. We will be in for some mud here too if our snow ever melts.
