Welcome to the forum. I can't help you with Little Rock either, but I'm sure somebody will be able to answer your question for you. Noticed the USAF, thank you for your service from a USAF MSgt. retired.

Welcome from Washington state. I'd check for metal detecting stores in Little Rock and get their feedback. They can probably tell about local ordinances as well. A city that size has metal detecting clubs there somewhere too. Have fun and good luck. And keep us posted!

Aelcome to the forum from SE Wisconsin. I'm not familiar with Little Rock. You could check to see if there is a MD club in the area to help get familiar with the lay of the land. Thank you for your service to our great country, good luck and HH.
