Best of North East (BONE). Headed up Saturday.

Don't know if anyone here is up there this week with the event, but I'm heading up Saturday morning to meet and hang out with some of the folks I've met through Facebook this year.

RobW and I attended that event two years ago and its where we met Thiltzy. You'll have a good time. I remember that there were so many coins that they had a hard time burying them all so some were right on top of the ground. Go get yourself a token and win the big prize. As Dan stated, pictures please.

I'm not planning to detecting it Al. Saving that for DINE! Just headed up to the Rec Center in Keene to meet some folks and hang out for some hours. I'll have the detector with me of course just in case.

I'll be taking pics and vids for sure Dan, thanks.

Had a good time at the event. Not a huge one by any means. Local and old-school for sure, but there was a pile of great finds on display, and a handful of detector mfg's there. White's, Minelab, Garrett, XP showing off the Deus (it's so freakin' light!), and Racer. Got to get the new 13" Detech in my hands too. It does feel light for what it is. Maybe I'll sell that ridiculous 18x15 Detech and buy one.

Didn't take a fantastic pile of pics. Mostly relic displays and a few of the room. Including one of a familiar face spotted nearby. Plenty of raffles for equipment and coins, that's for sure. I did see one guy there with a YTC patch on the back of his vest or coat Dan.

That looked like our own CTTodd in the first picture (I heard he gave a seminar on permission asking techniques) , great pictures of some sweet relics and coins.

Did he? D'oh. That's a session I should have sat in on, but I was just there visiting a group and had no idea of the agenda planned. It was cool seeing some of the stuff he's posted live.
