I would like to thank White's for their great customer service!

I had a 4x6 coil for my V3i that went out of tune and was overloading.
I returned the coil which was actually out of warranty by a wee bit but wasn't used much.
They re-tuned the coil and put it back in the mail within two days of receiving it from me.

All at no charge.

Customer service like this is rare these days. This is one of the reasons I'm a big fan of their detectors. Not only do they make a superior product, they also stand behind it. This has earned them a life long customer. I'm an electronics repair tech, and many companies these days have no interest in repairing their products. They are only interested in selling you another piece of equipment. White's needs to be commended!

Outstanding service of this nature needs to be recognized and praised.
