This little guy is putting a major crimp in my detecting time!

Lost my faithful old black lab Sam a few months ago. The plan was to wait until spring then adopt a dog from the shelter. Of course we ended up doing just the opposite and got this little guy last week.

Charlie the Golden Doodle is now running our lives. 8 weeks old and already too smart for his own good. Good thing he is cute. He should max out at 50 lbs.

I still miss my Sam a lot but am warming up to Charlie pretty quickly.

Its tough to replace an old friend. Can't imagine our house without a dog.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog but thrilled about Charlie! I hope he doesn't bite someone prompting the famous words.

So sorry to hear about your lost Jeff. That little guy looks like a bundle of joy though and I'm sure will heal the pain.
