    Oh , give me a home ....

    where the Buffalo roam ! Being busy and the heat has really been cramping my detecting time .I did manage to squeeze in an hour and a half this evening though . I grabbed the MXT All Pro with a SEF 6X8 coil on it and headed out to that nearby sports field I've been pounding to death .

    I ended up with a clad quarter , clad Dime , 3 nickels one being a real funky 1935 Buffalo and a modern key .Not shown in the pictures are a pull tab , a couple of pop tops a soda can and a Zincoln .It was nice to pull out the Buffalo tonight as I figured that recent Buff I had pulled out after not getting one for a few years was going to be how it was going to be again .

    It was a short but enjoyable hunt .

    Congrats on the buffalo! I've yet to find one of those.

    You might be able to clean that nickel up well using the cleaning method specific to nickels.

    Nice! That's not funk on the Buffalo, that's character.

    Thanks for the kind words guys . Ill give that a try W.D. Not to worry Lodge Scent I will be careful not to remove too much of it's "character" .
