    some lead finds ik cleaned with hmmm....yea

    Ik have en new product to clean my lead finds.
    Here we call it kachelzwart in englisch stoveblack or heaterblack hahaha.
    Look at the result before and after.

    Very nice. I have some stoveblack of a different brand and will try it out on a couple of lead pieces.
    Oldest find: 5,000 year old copper spearhead
    Oldest coin: 1699 William III halfpenny
    Purdiest coin: 1832 Capped Bust quarter
    Coolest find: USA button with blue threads still on shank
