Golden calf at church and the painted president

Back at the church once again this morning and I was astounded at all the derned pennies! They popped up in "globs" of 3 to 6 in each hold, mostly stuck together. But one of them turned up having a red foil looking coating on one side-very odd!

I also found a few more oddities such as the remnants of what looks to be an old comb, a copper retaining clip of some sort and half of a round tag labeled "Gold Seal Calf" Selected Quality. I couldn't find any reference to this as of yet. Oddly enough, still not a single old coin!
