    copper or brass lid for something anyone have any idea's ??

    I found this in a field the other day where a log house used to sit .
    cant figure out what it is for sure it is copper or brass look to be a lid for something.
    it is about 1-7/8" in diameter has a lip on the back side that is 3/16" long anyone seen one Name:  SAM_0001.jpg

    ...not sure. That appears to be a stamp of Nefertiti on the lid. (sure ain't the Chiquita logo)....

    Well done Tony! I thought of a cosmetics lid right away, but to actually identify it is amazing! I had a heck of a time with the lipstick tube, so figured out real fast that they don't keep real good records on cosmetics.
